Track Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey directly on the carrier's website.

Important Shipping Notes:
  • Tracking Activation: Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information after you receive your shipping confirmation.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Luminate Care is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If you encounter issues, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
